the most Give Barakah ever takes per donation

Everything the masjid does manually, in one ledger.

Most masjids run on cash tins, a spreadsheet and a group chat. Give Barakah brings it together — without losing the human touch.

Today

Friday cash counting

Two trustees, a back room and an envelope of notes after every Jumu'ah.

With Give Barakah · Every Friday batch counted, allocated and reconciled in the same ledger.

Today

Donor spreadsheets

A laptop with the only copy of who gave what, and no Gift Aid trail.

With Give Barakah · A live donor record with HMRC-ready Gift Aid claims — no reconciliation.

Today

A missing website

No prayer times, no appeals, nowhere to send donors who want to give.

With Give Barakah · A hosted masjid site with prayer times and appeals donors actually trust.

Today

WhatsApp burial appeals

An urgent janazah appeal lost in a group chat at 11pm, no way to give.

With Give Barakah · A shareable appeal page that takes a donation in seconds, not screenshots.

How it works

Live by next Jumu'ah.

1

Connect your masjid

Verify your masjid and connect a bank account through Stripe. About 10 minutes — no paperwork mountain.

2

Launch your page

Add your appeals, Zakat-eligible funds and prayer times. Publish a website donors actually trust.

3

Receive & reconcile

Take card donations online and log the Friday cash in the same ledger. One source of truth.

Your masjid's operations, in one view.

Every donation, the Friday cash and your Gift Aid claims land in one dashboard — so the trustees always know exactly where things stand.

Built around how a masjid really works.

The Islamic finance rules aren't an afterthought — they're enforced in the database. Tap any card for a 30-second walkthrough.

One platform, three jobs.

Whoever keeps the masjid running has a place here — the trustees, the treasurer, and the people who give.

Oversight without the spreadsheets.

  • Spin up campaigns and burial appeals in minutes
  • Every AI-drafted story waits for your approval before it's public
  • Full audit trail and role-based team access
  • See exactly what each appeal raised

“We built Give Barakah for our own masjid first — because we were the ones counting the cash on a Friday night. Your donors' trust is an amanah, and we treat it like one.”

Money to your bank

Stripe Connect settles to your account — we never hold your funds.

Your data, isolated

Row-level tenant isolation. One masjid can never see another's donors.

AI never auto-publishes

Every AI-drafted appeal is held for a human to approve. Enforced in the database.

Sharia by design

No Riba, Zakat intent captured before charge, scholarly review underway.

Simple, transparent pricing.

Pick the plan that fits. Plus a small commission only on card donations — capped, so a big Zakat gift is never penalised.

Questions trustees ask.

Where does the money go?

Straight into your masjid's own Stripe-connected account and out to your bank. Give Barakah never holds your funds — we only take a 1.5% fee, capped at £5, on card donations.

How do you keep Zakat separate?

Donors declare intent at checkout and Zakat is ring-fenced at the database level — it can only ever be paid out to Zakat-eligible funds. No accidental mixing, ever.

Do you support Gift Aid?

Yes. Eligible donors declare Gift Aid once and you get HMRC-ready claim reports — no spreadsheet reconciliation.

Is it really Sharia-compliant?

No Riba, no interest-bearing accounts, and Zakat intent is captured before any card is charged. Built to Sharia principles, with formal scholarly review underway.

Do we need a website or technical skills?

No web developer required. The fully-hosted masjid website — prayer times, appeals and fundraiser pages — is our Premium plan (or a +£50/month add-on on any plan), and we design and maintain it for you.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans start at £99/month, billed separately to your bank, cancel whenever. Your donor data is always yours to export.
